Another weekend of bad weather in Melbourne turned the 2nd race of the Gatorade and Brooks fun Tri Series into a Duathlon.
Heavy rain could not dampen the spirits of the 1200 participants who took part though! Special mention Team Brooks athletes Tim Porter and Madeleine Oldfield who came 2nd and 3rd respectively in the men's and women's elite category.
Congratulations to Sarah Zylstra who entered the draw and won a pair of Brooks NEW Glycerin 7.
Race 3 of the series will take place on January 11th 2009 at Sandringham Oval. We look forward to seeing you in the New Year down at the event.
